The owner, Mr. Vikas, provides guests with detailed guidance on nearby Theyyam performances and local sightseeing, including arranging transport to temple kaavu at odd hours. Homemade breakfast featuring local specialties like Ela Ada is served each morning, often accompanied by the owner's mother who shares stories of the house's legacy.

Each room at Sukun Heritage includes air conditioning, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a washing machine for extended stays. Family rooms come with a private balcony or sit-out area overlooking the courtyard, and universal power plugs are provided.
